Description

There have been no comments or objections from the public at time of writing (16.06.25)
Planning Application 25/00577/FUL - 6 Croft Road
Description ; Erection of a detached single storey garage located west of the main dwelling.
Please note this property is in the conservation area. At time of writing there were no objections on the DBC web site.
Closing date for response is 14th July.
Darlington Borough Council (Public Footpath 15 Parish of Hurworth) Diversion Order 2025
The footpath is located at North Oxen-le-Filed Farm, Hurworth.
Please refer Councillor Forsters report in the May HPC minutes.
Councillor Tostevin has also verified that the request relates to moving the path away from livestock and to land less prone to flooding.
Closing date for response is 14th July.
